Butt Burnin' Barbeque Ribs

| 1 - 1½ kg. Pork Ribs |
| 1 onion, minced |
| 4 tablespoons Dark Molasses |
| 4 tablespoons Honey |
| 200 ml. Tomato Ketchup |
| 6 cloves Garlic, minced |
| 2 tablespoon French Mustard |
| 2 tablespoon Bayou Butt Burner |

| Combine marinade ingredients not forgetting the essential Bayou Butt Burner, mix well, and pour over ribs.
Marinate for 4 hours. |

| Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cover ribs and cook for 30 minutes.
The ribs are now part cooked. To finish in the oven, lower temperature to 165°C/325°F, and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, finish off on the barbeque for that distinctive rib style, 30 minutes on a medium hot grill should do the trick. |
